In the 2nd minute, Baykan Nuratay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Baykan Nuratay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egemen Aksel during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of HOLO FC booed when kartalspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen Aksel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Baykan Nuratay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HOLO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baykan Nuratay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th match minute, kartalspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Barış Semin to maneuver through the defense. Sungurbey Iğdırlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Sungurbey Iğdırlı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yetkin Ermiye in the 24th minute of play forced HOLO FC's goalkeeper Bayhan Erakalın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Baykan Nuratay rounded kartalspor's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Sungurbey Iğdırlı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Doğan Baysoy made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, kartalspor's goalkeeper Doğan Baysoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sungurbey Iğdırlı. In the 39th minute, Baykan Nuratay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Baykan Nuratay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Doğan Baysoy, 2-0. Lemi Akbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baykan Nuratay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Doğan Baysoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykan Nuratay in the 52nd minute of play. If Sungurbey Iğdırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sungurbey Iğdırlı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğan Baysoy having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Baykan Nuratay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Doğan Baysoy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Rıza Baransel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 69th minute of the match Egemen Aksel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Egemen Aksel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 70th match minute, kartalspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egemen Aksel to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to kartalspor getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kutlay Mengü hit a great ball. Doğan Baysoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baykan Nuratay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, HOLO FC's Baykan Nuratay got a free kick in the 77th minute. Sungurbey Iğdırlı might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doğan Baysoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sungurbey Iğdırlı ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 84th minute, Baykan Nuratay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in kartalspor's zone, Baykan Nuratay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğan Baysoy came out of the goal and Baykan Nuratay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner led HOLO FC's Öztürk Acarsoy to fire away a dangerous shot which Doğan Baysoy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Doğan Baysoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baykan Nuratay in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the HOLO FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
