Mahmut Birdal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Üzeyir Türcan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Menderes Kutsalmis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadir Haneci in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Üzeyir Türcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Afşin Temizcan made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Kadir Haneci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hezarfen JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadir Haneci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mahmut Birdal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.
