The supporters of Ümraniye SK booed when Altinyayla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalay Özbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Altinyayla's zone, Şahap Özbilen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zikri Aktemur came out of the goal and Şahap Özbilen tried to chip the ball over his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şahap Özbilen in the 26th minute of play forced Altinyayla's goalkeeper Zikri Aktemur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Mümtazer Pektürk suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Altinyayla's Atalay Özbal got his second yellow card of the match in the 27th minute. The referee ordered Atalay Özbal off the ground. Atalay Özbal hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Bozkurt Hinoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Yaman Samir made a huge save. Hıncal Girgin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Zikri Aktemur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulki Engintalay in the 39th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Ümraniye SK's Ahmet Gökalp Yazar tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
