Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Akköy's Osman Nuri Erçin got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7th minute Kurtuluş Yordam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferhat Kemal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferhat Kemal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurtuluş Yordam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osman Nuri Erçin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Berat Acaroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Akköy's zone, Akgün Ersezen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferhat Kemal came out of the goal and Akgün Ersezen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Talat Kurumer got free with Berat Acaroğlu in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Berat Acaroğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Akköy's Talat Kurumer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kurtuluş Yordam hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Talat Kurumer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Berat Acaroğlu made a huge save. 21 minutes into the game, Akköy's Talat Kurumer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berat Acaroğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Necdet Ağca charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Necdet Ağca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Akköy got a freekick which was hit by Necdet Ağca. Akgün Ersezen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osman Nuri Erçin in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Berat Acaroğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Akgün Ersezen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferhat Kemal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Horasan FK's zone, Osman Nuri Erçin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berat Acaroğlu came out of the goal and Osman Nuri Erçin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vecdet Ilgaz kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osman Nuri Erçin in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Berat Acaroğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Talat Kurumer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Berat Acaroğlu made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osman Nuri Erçin to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Horasan FK's Vecdet Ilgaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferhat Kemal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vecdet Ilgaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferhat Kemal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. If Talat Kurumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Kurtuluş Yordam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horasan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurtuluş Yordam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Horasan FK booed when Akköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adnan Akalın didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Talat Kurumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erhan Orkutay fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Horasan FK's protests and gave Erhan Orkutay a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Horasan FK's Erhan Orkutay got a free kick in the 78th minute. Horasan FK's Berat Acaroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talat Kurumer in the 79th minute of play. Berat Acaroğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Talat Kurumer's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Ferhat Kemal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurtuluş Yordam, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ferhat Kemal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurtuluş Yordam in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Akköy's goal looked a bit too open when Kurtuluş Yordam came free, but Ferhat Kemal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Osman Nuri Erçin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horasan FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
