Ümraniye SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Kurtuluş Yordam scored to the left of an out of position Yaman Samir, making the score, 1-0. If Akgün Ersezen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurtuluş Yordam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yaman Samir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurtuluş Yordam in the 35th minute of play forced Ümraniye SK's goalkeeper Yaman Samir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kurtuluş Yordam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yaman Samir. That made the score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. Yaman Samir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurtuluş Yordam, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Akgün Ersezen got free with Yaman Samir in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Ümraniye SK's zone, Kurtuluş Yordam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yaman Samir came out of the goal and Kurtuluş Yordam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The Horasan FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 58 minutes into the match, Ümraniye SK's Hulki Engintalay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berat Acaroğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yaman Samir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akgün Ersezen in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vecdet Ilgaz during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Horasan FK's Vecdet Ilgaz got a free kick in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Horasan FK were the better team. Horasan FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
