Vural Tüzer came out and tried to block the shot, but Kurtuluş Yordam slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. The supporters of Horasan FK booed when GALATASARAY SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fırat Acunalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Kurtuluş Yordam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vural Tüzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vural Tüzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurtuluş Yordam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akgün Ersezen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vural Tüzer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Şerafettin Tolunbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berat Acaroğlu having to interfere. Kurtuluş Yordam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Vural Tüzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Kurtuluş Yordam sped through GALATASARAY SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vural Tüzer. In the 35th minute, Horasan FK's Kurtuluş Yordam dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. 41 minutes into the game, Vecdet Ilgaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horasan FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GALATASARAY SK the free kick. Berat Acaroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şerafettin Tolunbay in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kurtuluş Yordam stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Horasan FK got a freekick which was hit by Akgün Ersezen. Kurtuluş Yordam succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. 59 minutes into the game, Erkin Göçmen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GALATASARAY SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horasan FK the free kick. Kurtuluş Yordam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vural Tüzer having to interfere. Vural Tüzer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurtuluş Yordam's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Fırat Acunalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GALATASARAY SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horasan FK the free kick. Fırat Acunalp kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Akgün Ersezen might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vural Tüzer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akgün Ersezen ran back to his position shaking his head. Kurtuluş Yordam struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Vural Tüzer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horasan FK. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Kurtuluş Yordam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horasan FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurtuluş Yordam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vural Tüzer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 79 minutes, Akgün Ersezen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horasan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akgün Ersezen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kurtuluş Yordam came free, but Vural Tüzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Kurtuluş Yordam notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of GALATASARAY SK's Vural Tüzer. Vural Tüzer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kurtuluş Yordam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Horasan FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
