The referee ignored Tekkeköy JK's protests and gave Doğuhan Mutluay a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tekkeköy JK's Doğuhan Mutluay got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Arif Egemen Pakkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Talha Tacal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Tekkeköy JK got a freekick which was hit by Duran Cesimi. The Universe Soldiers's Utkan Orbey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save The Universe Soldiers from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Hafız Tugal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tekkeköy JK's Hafız Tugal got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute, The Universe Soldiers's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hafız Tugal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hüseyin Koyak in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Utkan Orbey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hüseyin Koyak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utkan Orbey having to interfere. Hafız Tugal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Utkan Orbey made a huge save. If Hüseyin Koyak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Hüseyin Koyak might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Utkan Orbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hüseyin Koyak ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Hüseyin Koyak notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of The Universe Soldiers's Utkan Orbey. Utkan Orbey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 58 minutes, Hüseyin Koyak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekkeköy JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüseyin Koyak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 61 played minutes The Universe Soldiers got a freekick which was hit by Numan Dervişoğlu. In the 62nd minute, Ahmet Rıfat Tuğtekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in The Universe Soldiers's zone, Şeray Özver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Utkan Orbey came out of the goal and Şeray Özver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Utkan Orbey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hafız Tugal's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Tekkeköy JK's Hüseyin Koyak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Utkan Orbey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Hüseyin Koyak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökhan Verim kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Tekkeköy JK's Hafız Tugal in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bedrettin Öktemer kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Tekkeköy JK's Şeray Özver broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hafız Tugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hafız Tugal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Utkan Orbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tekkeköy JK's Hüseyin Koyak got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
