Cüneyd Hançer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergin Ağaoğlu having to interfere. Ergin Ağaoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlhan Türkşen's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Yakup Kadri Derim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ergin Ağaoğlu having to make a save. In the 36th minute, İlhan Türkşen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ergin Ağaoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Derim, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Mustafa Tolga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüstem Müftüoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petkim JK's Mustafa Tolga got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İlhan Türkşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Tolga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rüstem Müftüoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Tolga in the 53rd minute of the match. Ergin Ağaoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yakup Kadri Derim in the 55th minute. When Mustafa Tolga came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Petkim JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Tolga couldn't finish the play. Yağızhan Özdel kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Petkim JK's Mustafa Tolga got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 65 played minutes Petkim JK got a freekick which was hit by Berkin Seza. Yakup Kadri Derim struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ergin Ağaoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bünyan JK. Serter Tokalp kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, Petkim JK's Ergin Ağaoğlu got control of the ball when Yakup Kadri Derim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ergin Ağaoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlhan Türkşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Petkim JK's Halil Sati got a free kick in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Yakup Kadri Derim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ergin Ağaoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkin Seza in the 98th minute of play forced Bünyan JK's goalkeeper Rüstem Müftüoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bünyan JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
