In the 7th minute, Suat Akbaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Sinop spor's goal looked a bit too open when Batur Canatan came free, but Habib Demirci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rüştü Bostancı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferman Çelenkoğlu in the 13th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Sinop spor's Ferman Çelenkoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rüştü Bostancı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Batur Canatan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Yavuz Bülent İçten's late challenge caught a Sinop spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yavuz Bülent İçten helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Ardahan got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Bülent İçten. In the 21st minute Suat Akbaba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Demirci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ferman Çelenkoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ardahan were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Sinop spor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aytuğ Patlar took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ardahan's corner Batur Canatan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Habib Demirci quite easily take care of the ball. In the 36th minute, Sinop spor's Hao Nan Ling dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 41 played minutes Ardahan got a freekick which was hit by Bilge Kağan Ergüden. Ferman Çelenkoğlu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Rüştü Bostancı skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferman Çelenkoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Rüştü Bostancı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferman Çelenkoğlu in the 53rd minute of the match. If Ahmet Arif Akdeniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suat Akbaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Demirci having to interfere. A collision led to Sinop spor getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Kubat Aşkın hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Sinop spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziya Onur Midilli to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Sinop spor's goal looked a bit too open when Suat Akbaba came free, but Habib Demirci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Sinop spor's Habib Demirci got control of the ball when Batur Canatan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Batur Canatan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Habib Demirci made a huge save. Habib Demirci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batur Canatan in the 89th minute. If Ferman Çelenkoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
