Baltalimani's Emre Şinas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İstemihan Tunçaslan in the 5th minute of play. Basri İbiş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 14 minutes into the match, İstemihan Tunçaslan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emre Şinas, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by İstemihan Tunçaslan in the 23rd minute of play forced Baltalimani's goalkeeper Emre Şinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emre Şinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İstemihan Tunçaslan in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Sanal Gemi got a corner. Baltalimani's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İlkan Atabek ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that İzzet Kuthan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emre Şinas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Basri İbiş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emre Şinas having to interfere. Timur Suphi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Semih Albayrak kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 50th minute Baltalimani were awarded a corner. İzzet Uluman went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Baltalimani's corner İzzet Uluman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kerim Tugay quite easily take care of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Gaffar Akçal made a kick off. Emre Şinas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İstemihan Tunçaslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Sanal Gemi got a freekick which was hit by Timur Suphi. If Sergen Şanlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emre Şinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basri İbiş, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Baltalimani's goalkeeper Emre Şinas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sanal Gemi's İstemihan Tunçaslan got a free kick in the 94th minute. When Arif Gaffar Akçal came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Baltalimani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Gaffar Akçal couldn't finish the play. Basri İbiş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emre Şinas having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Baltalimani players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sanal Gemi.
