Yetkin Dertsiz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. Yetkin Dertsiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Cenk Cemre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Yasin Ezgü managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bafra İHTSAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yasin Ezgü was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bafra İHTSAS's zone, Çağan Oskay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uğur Arslan came out of the goal and Çağan Oskay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Bafra İHTSAS's Yasin Ezgü ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cenk Cemre. Cenk Cemre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Çağan Oskay to strike the kick off in the second half. Galatasaray's Cenk Cemre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasin Ezgü in the 55th minute of play. Yasin Ezgü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Şimşek Özdoğan hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Yasin Ezgü struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Cenk Cemre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bafra İHTSAS. The Galatasaray fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 98 minutes into the match, Bafra İHTSAS's goal looked a bit too open when Çağan Oskay came free, but Uğur Arslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Bafra İHTSAS failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
