The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Baybars İnciroğlu got free with Bulut Nesefi in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute Öztürk Şevki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bulut Nesefi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fahri Özguc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fatih Güneş, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Fahri Özguc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Türkeş Sabuncu in the 13th minute of the match. Arda Baybars İnciroğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Bulut Nesefi made a huge save. Arda Baybars İnciroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Öztürk Şevki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bulut Nesefi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cavdarhisar's Bektaş Veli Ehil got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in İslamistan SK.'s zone, Öztürk Şevki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bulut Nesefi came out of the goal and Öztürk Şevki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paşa Ali Özaslan's late challenge caught a İslamistan SK.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paşa Ali Özaslan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to İslamistan SK. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mustafa Ali Ersezer hit a great ball. Cavdarhisar's Öztürk Şevki got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Öztürk Şevki to make the kick off. Paşa Ali Özaslan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cavdarhisar's Arda Baybars İnciroğlu in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Öztürk Şevki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Öztürk Şevki struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Bulut Nesefi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cavdarhisar. Baki İlkcan lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Yaar Nazım took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bulut Nesefi. Bulut Nesefi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Öztürk Şevki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Bulut Nesefi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İslamistan SK.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
