Emrah İdilkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saltuk Yarlık's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Ayberk Atasagun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrah İdilkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emrah İdilkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayberk Atasagun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the game, Hüsmen Togay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SivasSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mucur the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in SivasSpor's zone, Saltuk Yarlık stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emrah İdilkurt came out of the goal and Saltuk Yarlık tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saltuk Yarlık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SivasSpor getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Hüsmen Togay hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mucur's Bahattin Tokhan tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ayberk Atasagun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mucur's supporters rose to their feet, but Ayberk Atasagun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emrah İdilkurt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emrah İdilkurt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayberk Atasagun's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Ayberk Atasagun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emrah İdilkurt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Rıfkı Yeğin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayberk Atasagun in the 39th minute of play forced SivasSpor's goalkeeper Emrah İdilkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ayberk Atasagun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emrah İdilkurt was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The SivasSpor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mucur were winning 0-2.

SivasSpor's Emrah İdilkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saltuk Yarlık in the 60th minute of play. Lütfi Uzhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Emrah İdilkurt made a huge save. 63 minutes into the match, Mucur's Ayberk Atasagun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emrah İdilkurt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saltuk Yarlık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrah İdilkurt having to interfere. After 69 played minutes SivasSpor got a freekick which was hit by Metehan Ferhat. Erol Kutuner kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Ayberk Atasagun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrah İdilkurt having to interfere. If Saltuk Yarlık had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Anıl Ege Tayuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 83 played minutes Mucur got a freekick which was hit by Rahmi Başkaya. Ayberk Atasagun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emrah İdilkurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Emrah İdilkurt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayberk Atasagun in the 91st minute. During the 91st minute of the match Hüsmen Togay completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hüsmen Togay a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Hüsmen Togay hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Mucur played a much better game than SivasSpor and deserved their victory. The SivasSpor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
