Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Nejat Öğeturk started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Afşin Ilgın reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aybars Seferoğlulları. The goal made the score 1-0. Cavdir's Ekrem Atasagun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nejat Öğeturk in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Ali Nejat Öğeturk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mavi Bayrak SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Nejat Öğeturk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aybars Seferoğlulları came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavdir's Abdullah Kızılateş. But to his dismay, Abdullah Kızılateş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Cavdir's Afşin Ilgın got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ekrem Atasagun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Nejat Öğeturk's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Nejat Öğeturk in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ekrem Atasagun saved Cavdir from getting behind. After 24 played minutes Cavdir got a freekick which was hit by Atalay Ünseven. In the 25th match minute, Cavdir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afşin Ilgın to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Cavdir's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Arif Karadeniz came free, but Ekrem Atasagun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Nejat Öğeturk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mavi Bayrak SK's Aybars Seferoğlulları played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdullah Kızılateş in the 32nd minute of play. Abdullah Kızılateş hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute Ali Nejat Öğeturk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekrem Atasagun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cavdir's zone, Ali Nejat Öğeturk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ekrem Atasagun came out of the goal and Ali Nejat Öğeturk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 39th minute of the match Afşin Ilgın completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Afşin Ilgın a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 39th match minute, Cavdir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afşin Ilgın to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Ahmet Arif Karadeniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ekrem Atasagun was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atalay Ünseven to make the kick off. Erhun Batı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mavi Bayrak SK's Ali Nejat Öğeturk got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ekrem Atasagun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aşır Ulualp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Edip Doğulu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ekrem Atasagun made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cavdir's Behiç Vedat got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes, Erhun Batı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cavdir and the Mavi Bayrak SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Cavdir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erhun Batı to maneuver through the defense. After 67 minutes of play Cavdir's Erhun Batı was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 67th minute, Erhun Batı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Nejat Öğeturk in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ekrem Atasagun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aşır Ulualp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ekrem Atasagun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Cavdir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behiç Vedat to maneuver through the defense. Abdullah Kızılateş kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ekrem Atasagun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 83 minutes into the match, Cavdir's goalkeeper Ekrem Atasagun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Nejat Öğeturk. Ahmet Arif Karadeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Atasagun having to interfere. 87 minutes in the game, Ali Nejat Öğeturk fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ekrem Atasagun having to interfere. If Ali Nejat Öğeturk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anıl Cenk Çoğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekrem Atasagun having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mavi Bayrak SK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
