A collision led to tria getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kutalp Tapgaç hit a great ball. IRMAK FC's attack was well implemented in the 47th minute, but when Türkeş Bostan was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Türkeş Bostan made a kick off. Alemdar Vefai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yıldırım Olgunsoy having to interfere. When Alemdar Vefai fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored tria's protests and gave Alemdar Vefai a yellow card for diving instead. Boğaç Kocay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Yıldırım Olgunsoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türkeş Bostan in the 86th minute of play forced tria's goalkeeper Tunç Sefaaddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Galip Özerdal's late challenge caught a tria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Galip Özerdal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of tria booed when IRMAK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position.
