Alpertunga Oksay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebati Gülen in the 7th minute of the match. Sebati Gülen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alpertunga Oksay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zülfü Toralp in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Zülfü Toralp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Alpertunga Oksay made a huge save. Mecidiyeköy SK's Batu Cem Özben got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Batu Cem Özben stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The goalkeeper, Azim Ulutay, was totally fooled by Mecidiyeköy SK's Batur Dindar, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of kutluca fc booed when Mecidiyeköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Galip Kudretullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zülfü Toralp in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alpertunga Oksay saved Mecidiyeköy SK from getting behind. With a little luck, kutluca fc's Azim Ulutay got control of the ball when Saruhan Okanay tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ali Galip Kudretullah fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mecidiyeköy SK's protests and gave Ali Galip Kudretullah a yellow card for diving instead. Ali Galip Kudretullah hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Batu Cem Özben managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mecidiyeköy SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Batu Cem Özben was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azim Ulutay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Ege Olgun hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Saruhan Okanay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Azim Ulutay when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Batu Cem Özben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mecidiyeköy SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Mecidiyeköy SK defense, Sebati Gülen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alpertunga Oksay. The Mecidiyeköy SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alpertunga Oksay should have stopped the shot. Mecidiyeköy SK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing kutluca fc to leave the ground with a draw.
