In the 21st minute, Cevat Kutlay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Necmettin Zade was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 25th minute Cevat Kutlay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmettin Zade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Boran İmam was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zülfikar Vacit. In the 41st minute, Çağlar Özberk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 played minutes, NEVA1453's Zülfikar Vacit shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ahmet Boran İmam came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NEVA1453 reached it. Necmettin Zade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nihat İlham, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes NEVA1453 got a freekick which was hit by Berk Özata. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nihat İlham made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Çağlar Özberk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Boran İmam. Sakaryaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çağlar Özberk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. But to his dismay, Cemil Eygül quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some careless play in the Sakaryaspor defense, Asım Arif Ustam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Boran İmam. The Sakaryaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Boran İmam should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Sakaryaspor booed when NEVA1453 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bekir Hayal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Cemil Eygül made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Boran İmam. Sakaryaspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. İlhami Akdemir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Boran İmam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor's goal looked a bit too open when Çağlar Özberk came free, but Ahmet Boran İmam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nihat İlham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that NEVA1453 were the better team. NEVA1453's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
