ZiyaPaşa Sk's Arcan Dengiz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, ZiyaPaşa Sk's Arcan Dengiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tacettin Kunter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karahan Kultigin during the 21st minute. Nusrettin Nahit's late challenge caught a Eskişehirspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nusrettin Nahit helped the player get up and apologised. Sungurbey Tuncalp took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şerif Cire. Şerif Cire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Eskişehirspor booed when ZiyaPaşa Sk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nusrettin Nahit didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Eskişehirspor's goalkeeper Tacettin Kunter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anıl Ege Aynacı.
