The audience thought a goal was coming when Halit Ziya Saltık got free with Muhammet Canbulat in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldırım İltemiz in the 26th minute of play forced Ofspor's goalkeeper Eşref Togay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Ofspor's goal looked a bit too open when Yıldırım İltemiz came free, but Eşref Togay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, FC SAHİN's Arif Nihat Hekim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Yıldırım İltemiz made the kick off in the second half. Görkem Başarman charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Görkem Başarman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Ofspor got a freekick which was hit by Görkem Başarman. After having played for 63 minutes, Abdulhamit İstemihan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC SAHİN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulhamit İstemihan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Abdulhamit İstemihan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC SAHİN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamit İstemihan couldn't finish the play. Muhammet Canbulat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Ziya Saltık, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Arif Nihat Hekim managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC SAHİN's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Nihat Hekim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eşref Togay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Ofspor's goal looked a bit too open when Yıldırım İltemiz came free, but Eşref Togay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Ofspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ruhi Adaş came free, but Eşref Togay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
