After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Lütfi İlkay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sakirpasa's supporters rose to their feet, but Lütfi İlkay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şadi Mutlualp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Acigöl JK's zone, İlbey Sezginay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şadi Mutlualp came out of the goal and İlbey Sezginay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gökcan Temur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mustafa Orhan Esendağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Lütfi İlkay took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Şadi Mutlualp to make any attempt to save it. Lütfi İlkay was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Şadi Mutlualp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lütfi İlkay in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Acigöl JK booed when Sakirpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seçkin Sebih didn't get a good kick on the ball. İlbey Sezginay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Şadi Mutlualp made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sezer Necip to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, İlbey Sezginay made a precise shot to the right of Şadi Mutlualp. Acigöl JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The attack was good, but when Lütfi İlkay in the 55th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, Acigöl JK's Mehmet Ediz Zakir got a free kick in the 56th minute. Şadi Mutlualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlbey Sezginay, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, İlbey Sezginay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Şadi Mutlualp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Süleyman Durna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Acigöl JK's Şadi Mutlualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfi İlkay in the 65th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Sezer Necip took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Mustafa Orhan Esendağ to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lütfi İlkay in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şadi Mutlualp saved Acigöl JK from getting behind. Lütfi İlkay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, Sakirpasa's Ali Cafer Mutluer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şadi Mutlualp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. İlbey Sezginay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfi İlkay in the 85th minute of play forced Acigöl JK's goalkeeper Şadi Mutlualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes, Lütfi İlkay made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Acigöl JK's Şadi Mutlualp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. İlbey Sezginay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şadi Mutlualp having to interfere. In the 95th minute Lütfi İlkay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şadi Mutlualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
