Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Afsin JK's Tuna Akdemirci started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Basciftlik's Ertaç Hekimhanlı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuna Akdemirci in the 9th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Basciftlik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Afsin JK:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Usun in the 21st minute of play forced Basciftlik's goalkeeper Ertaç Hekimhanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ertaç Hekimhanlı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakut Cansefa, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Eyüp Rafih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Alaaddin Sümeroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basciftlik's supporters rose to their feet, but Alaaddin Sümeroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cüneyd Sehrud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Erhun Işıklar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Afsin JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basciftlik the free kick. A collision led to Afsin JK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Erhun Işıklar hit a great ball. Cüneyd Sehrud was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Eyüp Rafih capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eyüp Rafih really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Ertaç Hekimhanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuna Akdemirci in the 51st minute of play. Yakut Cansefa took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ertaç Hekimhanlı. Ertaç Hekimhanlı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Cüneyd Sehrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Asım Özakın, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 56 played minutes Afsin JK got a freekick which was hit by Bahadırhan Oktar. In the 60th minute, Eyüp Rafih sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Afsin JK's Cüneyd Sehrud didn't even have to move. In the 63rd minute of the match, Kadri Özatay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ertaç Hekimhanlı was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Tuna Akdemirci came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Afsin JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuna Akdemirci couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahri Uman in the 66th minute of play forced Afsin JK's goalkeeper Cüneyd Sehrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes of play, Afsin JK's Tuna Akdemirci made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ertaç Hekimhanlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Yakut Cansefa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Afsin JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yakut Cansefa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ertaç Hekimhanlı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Basciftlik fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Basciftlik's zone, Yakut Cansefa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertaç Hekimhanlı came out of the goal and Yakut Cansefa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Asım Özakın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Basciftlik booed when Afsin JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kadri Özatay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Afsin JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Asım Özakın came free, but Cüneyd Sehrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
