Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abdurrahim Hicran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Izmir spor's Dinçer Periz got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Aras Nusrettin scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mete Varol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aras Nusrettin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mete Varol made a huge save. Anıl Mücahit Akbey might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yunus Tur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anıl Mücahit Akbey ran back to his position shaking his head. 13 minutes into the match, Tosya's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Mücahit Akbey came free, but Yunus Tur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Izmir spor's Abdurrahim Hicran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yunus Tur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Aras Nusrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mete Varol having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Affan Yerlikaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sami Yarlık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mete Varol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sami Yarlık got in the 37th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mete Varol handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a little luck, Izmir spor's Mete Varol got control of the ball when Aras Nusrettin tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Izmir spor getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Affan Yerlikaya hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Tosya were awarded a corner. Deniz Niğdeli went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Tosya's corner Deniz Niğdeli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mete Varol quite easily take care of the ball. Tosya's Aras Nusrettin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Sami Yarlık ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mete Varol was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sami Yarlık to make the kick off. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Izmir spor's goalkeeper Mete Varol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Izmir spor's Mete Varol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aras Nusrettin in the 61st minute of play. Mete Varol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sami Yarlık's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The supporters of Tosya booed when Izmir spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinçer Periz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mete Varol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sami Yarlık, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Abdurrahim Hicran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yunus Tur having to interfere. Anıl Mücahit Akbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yunus Tur having to interfere. Sami Yarlık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aras Nusrettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Mete Varol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aras Nusrettin might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mete Varol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aras Nusrettin ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sami Yarlık in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mete Varol saved Izmir spor from getting behind. Mete Varol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sami Yarlık's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When Aras Nusrettin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tosya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aras Nusrettin couldn't finish the play. Mete Varol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Yarlık in the 95th minute of the match.
