The shot was a little too simple and Gürol Çakır could save by the left post. Yaman Kongur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gündüz Şikel in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gündüz Şikel in the 24th minute of play forced Afyonspor's goalkeeper Yaman Kongur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaman Kongur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gündüz Şikel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gündüz Şikel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hasan Can Tokhan to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bekilli JK's zone, Hasan Can Taygun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gürol Çakır came out of the goal and Hasan Can Taygun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gündüz Şikel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, Afyonspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazmi Vedat to maneuver through the defense. Hasan Can Tokhan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Yaman Kongur 63 minutes into the match. Bekilli JK's Hasan Can Tokhan got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute of the match, Hasan Can Tokhan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yaman Kongur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 81 played minutes Bekilli JK got a freekick which was hit by Batuhan Bahçıvan. After 96 played minutes Afyonspor got a freekick which was hit by Berkant Aydoğdu. After a rather tough play, Bekilli JK's Hasan Can Tokhan got a free kick in the 99th minute. Bekilli JK played a much better game than Afyonspor and deserved their victory. The Afyonspor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
