Vahap İlham came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Yalihüyük JK's Ferman Akçan. But to his dismay, Ferman Akçan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 22 minutes, Fazıl Hüsnü Ciner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UZUNKÖPRU SK and the Yalihüyük JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, UZUNKÖPRU SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazıl Hüsnü Ciner to maneuver through the defense. UZUNKÖPRU SK's Vahap İlham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceyhun Pamir in the 23rd minute of play. Ferman Akçan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahap İlham having to interfere. UZUNKÖPRU SK's Vahap İlham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceyhun Pamir in the 32nd minute of play. In the 39th minute, Gencalp Orgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Yalihüyük JK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baran Alp Bilek to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to UZUNKÖPRU SK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Aytekin Uğurlubey hit a great ball. Vahap İlham was a little too slow when Ferman Akçan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferman Akçan in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vahap İlham saved UZUNKÖPRU SK from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, UZUNKÖPRU SK's goalkeeper Vahap İlham had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceyhun Pamir. After a rather tough play, Yalihüyük JK's Gencalp Orgen got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ceyhun Pamir struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Vahap İlham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalihüyük JK. After having played for 83 minutes, Fazıl Hüsnü Ciner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UZUNKÖPRU SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fazıl Hüsnü Ciner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceyhun Pamir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Vahap İlham skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ceyhun Pamir struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Vahap İlham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalihüyük JK.
