Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Görkem Kutyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 10 played minutes Montemon SK got a freekick which was hit by Şenel Hızlan. In the 11th minute, Enginalp Coşan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Montemon SK's Meriç Server didn't even have to move. Tarık Keremşah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aras Görkem Kutyan in the 35th minute of play forced BABAKÖY SK's goalkeeper Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şenel Hızlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Montemon SK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarık Keremşah made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Montemon SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tarık Keremşah came free, but Meriç Server reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Montemon SK's İlmi Hadim got a free kick in the 56th minute. The supporters of BABAKÖY SK booed when Montemon SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halit Ziya Sufi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enginalp Coşan, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Aras Görkem Kutyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berkan Orgun struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montemon SK. If Berkan Orgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Montemon SK's Meriç Server played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aytekin Aktekin in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to BABAKÖY SK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Şahin Sanal hit a great ball. Montemon SK's Şeref Tuğcu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BABAKÖY SK. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
