Spectators: 6795 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu made the kick off which started today's match. Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Balcova's Bora Buğra. But to his dismay, Bora Buğra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in BABAKÖY SK's zone, Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç came out of the goal and Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Balcova's Feridun Tengiz got control of the ball when Aytekin Aktekin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, BABAKÖY SK's Tarık Keremşah made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feridun Tengiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu scored 1-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ejder Hattat kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, BABAKÖY SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu came free, but Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Ejder Hattat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BABAKÖY SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balcova the free kick. After 21 played minutes BABAKÖY SK got a freekick which was hit by Ejder Hattat. BABAKÖY SK's Aytekin Aktekin got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Balcova's Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BABAKÖY SK's Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bora Buğra in the 42nd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tarık Keremşah to strike the kick off in the second half. Bora Buğra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Balcova booed when BABAKÖY SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Okanalp Kudretullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ziya Yarlık, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Balcova's Bora Buğra got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Balcova's Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the last second Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 68th minute of the match, Bora Buğra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 70th minute Tarık Keremşah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feridun Tengiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feridun Tengiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarık Keremşah in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Ali Nabi Dokuzoğlu had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 75 minutes, Şahin Sanal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BABAKÖY SK and the Balcova players grew even worse after the yellow card. Şahin Sanal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BABAKÖY SK's Gencer Resai got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bora Buğra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bora Buğras short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Selami Savni took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç. Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Selami Savni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bora Buğras short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bora Buğra got free with Yavuz Selimhan Erkılıç in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bora Buğra came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Balcova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bora Buğra couldn't finish the play. The BABAKÖY SK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Balcova were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
