Cihan Gurbet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hazar Nezih in the 12th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hazar Nezih's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cihan Gurbet was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Mümtazer Erdemir helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahce's Mümtazer Erdemir got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Özalp Tozun hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Balamir Şener kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Şeref Çağlayan sped through Fenerbahce's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vahit Koytan. 33 minutes into the match, Fenerbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Şeref Çağlayan came free, but Vahit Koytan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hazar Nezih recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Hüseyin Selman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yunak SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fenerbahce the free kick. A collision led to Yunak SK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Hüseyin Selman hit a great ball. Hazar Nezih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Balamir Şener to make the kick off. Balamir Şener blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cihan Gurbet having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Yunak SK's Hüseyin Selman got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Şeref Çağlayan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yunak SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Şeref Çağlayan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vahit Koytan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Yunak SK's Ertaç Tekecan got a free kick in the 55th minute. Yunak SK's Cihan Gurbet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Yunak SK from getting a goal against them. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Cihan Gurbet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aykutalp Ünsaç charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aykutalp Ünsaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aykutalp Ünsaç kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Yunak SK's Cihan Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balamir Şener in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Yunak SK's Mehmet Emin Ulutaş got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute Balamir Şener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cihan Gurbet firmly grabbed it by the left post. Peker Yonal might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vahit Koytan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peker Yonal ran back to his position shaking his head. Hazar Nezih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th match minute, Yunak SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Türkeş Nusrettin to maneuver through the defense. When Balamir Şener came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Fenerbahce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balamir Şener couldn't finish the play. Balamir Şener got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-1 in the right cross in the 93rd match minute before Cihan Gurbet had time to react. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
