Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dorukhan Hanbeyi made the kick off which started today's match. Bircan Balkanlı charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bircan Balkanlı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Bircan Balkanlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Sancar Soyselçuk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Behiç Şerhenk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vatan Akboğa having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Karaman's goal looked a bit too open when Dorukhan Hanbeyi came free, but Bayındır Tunçkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Ali Ömer Ünzil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vatan Akboğa. The goal made the score 1-0. If Müfit Hallaçoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Ömer Ünzil in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vatan Akboğa saved Ankaragücü from getting behind. Ankaragücü's Vatan Akboğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Ömer Ünzil in the 28th minute of play. Vatan Akboğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Ömer Ünzil, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Bayındır Tunçkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emirşah Bengisoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ankaragücü's Vatan Akboğa got control of the ball when Sancar Soyselçuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vatan Akboğa made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Berker Kadem sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Ömer Ünzil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Karaman's Berker Kadem made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vatan Akboğa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Berker Kadem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vatan Akboğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Ömer Ünzil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Behiç Şerhenk struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Vatan Akboğa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karaman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berker Kadem in the 67th minute of play forced Ankaragücü's goalkeeper Vatan Akboğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vatan Akboğa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Ömer Ünzil's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Levent Savtekin hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Habib Ağaoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bayındır Tunçkaya made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Emirşah Bengisoy sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Karaman defense, Bircan Balkanlı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bayındır Tunçkaya. The Karaman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bayındır Tunçkaya should have stopped the shot. Ali Ömer Ünzil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Ankaragücü got a freekick which was hit by Bircan Balkanlı. After a defensive mix-up in Ankaragücü's zone, Berker Kadem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vatan Akboğa came out of the goal and Berker Kadem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Karaman booed when Ankaragücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cüneyt Mete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ankaragücü's Vatan Akboğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berker Kadem in the 93rd minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Ali Ömer Ünzil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karaman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Ömer Ünzil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karaman's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
