After recieving a nice pass, FILOFOZ's Rüştü Ersan tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ahmet Korkut Tolunay kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Latif Balcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Findikzade's supporters rose to their feet, but Latif Balcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necmi Tülek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute Abay Kamuran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmi Tülek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FILOFOZ were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Findikzade's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rüştü Ersan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Rüştü Ersan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baturalp Orak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 16th minute Halit Fahri Kocaalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baturalp Orak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdulmelik İltemiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Baturalp Orak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, FILOFOZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özden Önateş to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FILOFOZ's goalkeeper Necmi Tülek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Orhan Veli Kızıl struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Necmi Tülek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Findikzade. After having played for 33 minutes, Abay Kamuran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Findikzade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abay Kamuran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orhan Veli Kızıl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Necmi Tülek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necmi Tülek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abay Kamuran in the 37th minute of play. Orhan Veli Kızıl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orhan Veli Kızıl in the 46th minute of play forced FILOFOZ's goalkeeper Necmi Tülek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FILOFOZ's Necmi Tülek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abay Kamuran in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Necmi Tülek made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Abay Kamuran sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute of the match Tümer Ensar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necmi Tülek skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of FILOFOZ booed when Findikzade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berat Pekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Findikzade's Orhan Veli Kızıl in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 84th minute, Osman Ali Ünlüsoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 played minutes, Findikzade's Latif Balcıoğlu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Necmi Tülek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Findikzade reached it. Necmi Tülek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abay Kamuran in the 88th minute. The FILOFOZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Findikzade's performance. The match ended with a win for Findikzade.
