Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Orhan Veli Kızıl made the kick off and thus started the match. Baturalp Orak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sancar Timuroz in the 5th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Orhan Veli Kızıl took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vecdet Kadirsah to make any attempt to save it. If Abay Kamuran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berat Pekin kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sancar Timuroz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denizlispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Sancar Timuroz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baturalp Orak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Cüneyt Yağızkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Songurbey Üstüner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baturalp Orak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Sancar Timuroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baturalp Orak having to interfere. A collision led to Findikzade getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Berat Pekin hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Findikzade's Orhan Veli Kızıl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 36 minutes, Abay Kamuran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Findikzade and the Denizlispor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Findikzade's Abay Kamuran got a free kick in the 36th minute. Abay Kamuran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Vecdet Kadirsah made a huge save. In the 40thth minute of the game Orhan Veli Kızıl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denizlispor's Vecdet Kadirsah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vecdet Kadirsah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orhan Veli Kızıl, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Abay Kamuran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Vecdet Kadirsah made a huge save. Findikzade's Orhan Veli Kızıl got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Songurbey Üstüner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arif Bilge Sirri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baturalp Orak. Findikzade's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Abay Kamuran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Findikzade's supporters rose to their feet, but Abay Kamuran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vecdet Kadirsah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the game, Orhan Veli Kızıl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vecdet Kadirsah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Latif Balcıoğlu's late challenge caught a Denizlispor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Latif Balcıoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Findikzade:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Denizlispor:s goal. If Abay Kamuran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sancar Timuroz fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizlispor's protests and gave Sancar Timuroz a yellow card for diving instead. Sancar Timuroz hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Abay Kamuran struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Vecdet Kadirsah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Findikzade. Denizlispor's Vecdet Kadirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abay Kamuran in the 88th minute of play. Abay Kamuran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vecdet Kadirsah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Denizlispor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necati Akçalı to maneuver through the defense. Latif Balcıoğlu got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Denizlispor booed when Findikzade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Latif Balcıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Findikzade's zone, Sancar Timuroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baturalp Orak came out of the goal and Sancar Timuroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Findikzade fully deserved thier win.
