Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Boğaç Orcun made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zülfü Ünsever during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Zülfü Ünsever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hami Koralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mustafa Barış Ruhsat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hatay booed when Celebi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rauf Uzgoren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vahit Kadri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Münir Ekin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A collision led to Celebi getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rauf Uzgoren hit a great ball. Selim Hızarcı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Gürcan Bektaş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Özden Tuğrul was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Selim Hızarcı in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özden Tuğrul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 played minutes Hatay got a freekick which was hit by Mecnun Okseven. A collision led to Hatay getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alparslan Kızılateş hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rauf Uzgoren got free with Özden Tuğrul in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Özden Tuğrul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selim Hızarcı in the 39th minute of the match. Mustafa Barış Ruhsat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahit Kadri, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Boğaç Orcun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Barış Ruhsat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürcan Bektaş came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Özden Tuğrul could save by the left post.

The wind increased when Selim Hızarcı made the kick off in the second half. If Selim Hızarcı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 played minutes Hatay got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Deniz Uğur. 55 minutes into the game, Celebi's Gürcan Bektaş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hatay's Özden Tuğrul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürcan Bektaş in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Hatay getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Hami Koralp hit a great ball. Gürcan Bektaş struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Özden Tuğrul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celebi. When Gürcan Bektaş came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Celebi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürcan Bektaş couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Hasan Dilercan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Barış Ruhsat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boğaç Orcun, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Vahit Kadri might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Barış Ruhsat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vahit Kadri ran back to his position shaking his head. Rauf Uzgoren kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Alparslan Kızılateş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hatay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alparslan Kızılateş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celebi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hatay for a fine match.
