Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Mehmet Halis Acabey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kasımpaşa SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Halis Acabey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th minute, Gürhan Neşat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Kasımpaşa SK were awarded a corner. Demiralp Arısoy went to the cornerflag to take it. Sertel Bedi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 11th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sertel Bedi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vecdet Tokkan. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 20th minute, Sertel Bedi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kasımpaşa SK's Vecdet Tokkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necati Kutulmuş in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kasımpaşa SK's goalkeeper Vecdet Tokkan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute Mehmet Halis Acabey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Şefik Murat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Hakkı Altıparmak got free with Vecdet Tokkan in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Necati Kutulmuş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Necati Kutulmuş did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Vecdet Tokkan 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feyzullay Altıparmak in the 47th minute of play forced FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper Mehmet Şefik Murat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feyzullay Altıparmak to make the kick off. When Ulvi Bender came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FENERBAHÇE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulvi Bender couldn't finish the play. Sertel Bedi struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Vecdet Tokkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE. In the 55th minute, Necati Kutulmuş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 57 played minutes Kasımpaşa SK got a freekick which was hit by Sinan Taşkınay. In the 59th minute, Güven Kadrican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vecdet Tokkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sertel Bedi, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE's goal looked a bit too open when Feyzullay Altıparmak came free, but Mehmet Şefik Murat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güven Kadrican's late challenge caught a FENERBAHÇE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Güven Kadrican helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes Kasımpaşa SK got a freekick which was hit by Güven Kadrican. If Sertel Bedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sertel Bedi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When FENERBAHÇE's Necati Kutulmuş in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kasımpaşa SK's goalie prevented a goal. Ali Nabi Kazım hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Kasımpaşa SK's Demiralp Arısoy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FENERBAHÇE. Vecdet Tokkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necati Kutulmuş in the 88th minute of the match. Mehmet Halis Acabeys short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Mehmet Şefik Murat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sertel Bedi struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Vecdet Tokkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE. There was no doubt that FENERBAHÇE were the better team. FENERBAHÇE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
