In a very dangerous position, a player in Kasımpaşa SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Vecdet Tokkan, was totally fooled by SelimguvenXx's Paşa Ali Kılıçhan, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Özal Topdemir came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Kasımpaşa SK's Mehmet Halis Acabey. But to his dismay, Mehmet Halis Acabey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Kasımpaşa SK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Feyzullay Altıparmak hit a great ball. When Coşkun Akdeniz came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the SelimguvenXx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Coşkun Akdeniz couldn't finish the play. Sinan Taşkınay charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sinan Taşkınay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sinan Taşkınay hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Coşkun Akdeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vecdet Tokkan having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Mehmet Halis Acabey made a precise shot to the right of Özal Topdemir. SelimguvenXx's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Coşkun Akdeniz might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vecdet Tokkan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Coşkun Akdeniz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute, Güven Kadrican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th match minute, Kasımpaşa SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sinan Taşkınay to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Halis Acabey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kasımpaşa SK booed when SelimguvenXx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Burak Pekşen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Kasımpaşa SK's Demiralp Arısoy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Coşkun Akdeniz to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes SelimguvenXx got a freekick which was hit by Erdeniz Mengüer. Mehmet Halis Acabey struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Özal Topdemir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kasımpaşa SK. Başar Ruknettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, SelimguvenXx's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mehmet Halis Acabey fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mehmet Halis Acabey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Özal Topdemir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Başar Ruknettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Başar Ruknettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Coşkun Akdeniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Vecdet Tokkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mehmet Halis Acabey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Coşkun Akdeniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Başar Ruknettin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the SelimguvenXx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Başar Ruknettin couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Güven Kadrican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Başar Ruknettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
