When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Ali Hamza Kılınç took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu to make any attempt to save it. 11 minutes into the game, Mustafa Cumhur Kantürk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OZİ FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basciftlik JK the free kick. After 11 played minutes OZİ FC got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Cumhur Kantürk. Ali Hamza Kılınç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Orkun Temcit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Hamza Kılınç's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Basciftlik JK's Hami Seyyid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orkun Temcit in the 27th minute of play. If Ali Hamza Kılınç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind OZİ FC's goalkeeper Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berkin Özbilek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hami Seyyid having to interfere. The supporters of OZİ FC booed when Basciftlik JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fikret Bilginer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Basciftlik JK's goalkeeper Hami Seyyid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Hamza Kılınç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Giray Timurcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berkin Özbilek to strike the kick off in the second half. Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Hamza Kılınç's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 67th minute Ali Hamza Kılınç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the OZİ FC defense, Halil İbrahim Başkurt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu. The OZİ FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu should have stopped the shot. Halil İbrahim Başkurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Halil İbrahim Başkurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Ali Hamza Kılınç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Halil İbrahim Başkurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basciftlik JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Halil İbrahim Başkurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 played minutes OZİ FC got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Cumhur Kantürk. When Kutlay Çeliker fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basciftlik JK's protests and gave Kutlay Çeliker a yellow card for diving instead. OZİ FC's Yiğit Can Hanecioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil İbrahim Başkurt in the 95th minute of play. Basciftlik JK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
