After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The supporters of Ladik FK booed when Ataköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cüneyt Gümüşcüoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dinç Kaygun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Ataköy's protests and gave Mehmet Emre Yeltekin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Mehmet Emre Yeltekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orhan Veli Uğurlu made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 89thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Battal Türcan would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Zeynel Ünlem came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ladik FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeynel Ünlem couldn't finish the play. Ataköy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
