The İstanbul FC fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when İstanbul FC's Basri Tuncer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bora Arpacı in the 7th minute of play forced Cold Force of Hell's goalkeeper Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Savaş Ünalan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulmelik İmge having to interfere. Savaş Ünalan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Saip İltemir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cold Force of Hell and the İstanbul FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Bora Arpacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Basri Tuncer notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cold Force of Hell's Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute of the match, Savaş Ünalan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abdulmelik İmge saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bora Arpacı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu having to interfere. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bora Arpacı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bora Arpacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savaş Ünalan in the 38th minute of play forced İstanbul FC's goalkeeper Abdulmelik İmge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cold Force of Hell's Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bora Arpacı in the 40th minute of play. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basri Tuncer in the 42nd minute of play. Bora Arpacı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cold Force of Hell's goalkeeper Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half İstanbul FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Savaş Ünalan to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fethi Numan during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, İstanbul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fethi Numan to maneuver through the defense. Abdulmelik İmge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaş Ünalan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Abdulmelik İmge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Görkem Pekant in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 minutes, Fadıl Tunçbilek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İstanbul FC and the Cold Force of Hell players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, İstanbul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fadıl Tunçbilek to maneuver through the defense. Savaş Ünalan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Abdulmelik İmge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Cold Force of Hell's goalkeeper Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bora Arpacı. Akın Sıbgatullah kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Abdulmelik İmge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savaş Ünalan in the 70th minute of the match. Görkem Pekant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdulmelik İmge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cold Force of Hell's Akın Sıbgatullah got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Cold Force of Hell's Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu got control of the ball when Bora Arpacı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bora Arpacı struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İstanbul FC. Basri Tuncer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basri Tuncer in the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Fadıl Tunçbilek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. İstanbul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fadıl Tunçbilek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basri Tuncer might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yavuz Selim Şafakoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basri Tuncer ran back to his position shaking his head. İstanbul FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
