Acil Sports Club's Baturhan Coşkun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faruk Kavaş in the 5th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Furkan Okboğa got free with Abdulmelik İmge in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Acil Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bora Arpacı came free, but Baturhan Coşkun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Basri Tuncer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baturhan Coşkun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baturhan Coşkun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bora Arpacı in the 24th minute of the match. Bora Arpacı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of İstanbul FC booed when Acil Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Furkan Okboğa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 played minutes Acil Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Osman Nuri Şinasi. In the 39th minute of the match Şahin Daim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baturhan Coşkun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Basri Tuncer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 minutes of play, İstanbul FC's Bora Arpacı made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baturhan Coşkun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baturhan Coşkun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basri Tuncer, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. If Basri Tuncer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osman Nuri Şinasi was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Acil Sports Club's Baturhan Coşkun got control of the ball when Bora Arpacı tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute Basri Tuncer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baturhan Coşkun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baturhan Coşkun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basri Tuncer in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basri Tuncer in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturhan Coşkun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Basri Tuncer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdulmelik İmge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furkan Okboğa in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Osman Nuri Şinasi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acil Sports Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Osman Nuri Şinasi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdulmelik İmge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to İstanbul FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Fadıl Tunçbilek hit a great ball. After some careless play in the İstanbul FC defense, Osman Nuri Şinasi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdulmelik İmge. The İstanbul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdulmelik İmge should have stopped the shot. Osman Nuri Şinasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Abdulmelik İmge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Furkan Okboğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulmelik İmge having to interfere. Osman Nuri Şinasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Abdulmelik İmge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Osman Nuri Şinasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The İstanbul FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
