Spectators: 5300 (Terracing: 4300, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peker Berin started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilgehan Cihangir in the 4th minute of play forced Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's goalkeeper Necdet Kamuran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peker Berin in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necdet Kamuran saved Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ from getting behind. Peker Berin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Necdet Kamuran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bilgehan Cihangir went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Peker Berin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilgehan Cihangir struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Necdet Kamuran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ekinözü. Onuralp Terim charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Onuralp Terim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's Onuralp Terim got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peker Berin in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necdet Kamuran saved Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ from getting behind. Ulaş Kadri charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulaş Kadri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Ekinözü got a freekick which was hit by Ulaş Kadri. In the 22nd minute Varol Erozan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kahraman Kutun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peker Berin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bilgehan Cihangir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ekinözü's Bilgehan Cihangir in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kahraman Kutun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Varol Erozan in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Ekinözü getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ulaş Kadri hit a great ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Bilgehan Cihangir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekinözü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilgehan Cihangir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Necdet Kamuran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peker Berin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Varol Erozan to make the kick off. When Hafız Kaynak fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekinözü's protests and gave Hafız Kaynak a yellow card for diving instead. Hafız Kaynak kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Reha Üner made a precise shot to the right of Kahraman Kutun. Ekinözü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Bilgehan Cihangir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Necdet Kamuran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necdet Kamuran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peker Berin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Necdet Kamuran was a little too slow when Peker Berin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Necdet Kamuran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peker Berin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, one of Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ. The referee gave Ekinözü a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gökalp Baydak, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's Necdet Kamuran. 1-3. Refik Halit Vecid hit a great ball. Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Peker Berin 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Bilgehan Cihangir's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Necdet Kamuran skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 92 minutes into the match, Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's goalkeeper Necdet Kamuran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bilgehan Cihangir. 94 minutes into the match, Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ's Reha Üner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kahraman Kutun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Varol Erozan hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When Varol Erozan came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Ｋ Ａ Ｙ Ｉ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Varol Erozan couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 100th minute, Bilgehan Cihangir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekinözü's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilgehan Cihangir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necdet Kamuran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ekinözü's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
