Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sait Onursay made the kick off which started today's match. Sait Onursay scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Halis Kabil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Halis Kabil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necip Fazıl Tekdoğan in the 9th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Ercis's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment İncesu came free, but Şenol Koçyiğit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Sait Onursay notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Torbali's Halis Kabil. Halis Kabil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Cenap Şenyaşar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aral Oruk charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aral Oruk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Torbali fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Batı Fırıncıoğlu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Aral Oruk was shown his second yellow card after 36 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Torbali:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ercis:s goal. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Ercis. Batı Fırıncıoğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Halis Kabil. 1-3. After a rather tough play, Torbali's Duran Budaklı got a free kick in the 46th minute. Batı Fırıncıoğlu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Torbali players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ercis were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İskender Baki Birsen made a kick off. With a little luck, Torbali's Halis Kabil got control of the ball when Sarper Sırat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sarper Sırat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Necip Fazıl Tekdoğan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halis Kabil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torbali's goalkeeper Halis Kabil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 83 played minutes Torbali got a freekick which was hit by Abdulaziz Karasu. Torbali's Halis Kabil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sait Onursay in the 84th minute of play. When İskender Baki Birsen came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Torbali fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İskender Baki Birsen couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, İskender Baki Birsen made a precise shot to the right of Şenol Koçyiğit. Ercis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Sarper Sırat took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Halis Kabil to make any attempt to save it.
