Karahan Uysal came out of the goal and Yağızalp Haseki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karahan Uysal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Tokhan in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Real Beyoğlu getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Erkin Tokhan hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boran Öztanır to make the kick off. Yağızalp Haseki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Karahan Uysal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erkin Tokhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karahan Uysal having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erkin Tokhan got free with Karahan Uysal in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akcakent SK's goalkeeper Karahan Uysal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aykut Altıparmak kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Boran Öztanır sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. If İbrahim Efe Nezih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Beyoğlu's Erkin Tokhan got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yağızalp Haseki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karahan Uysal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Kaan Derem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
