Ali Macit Baykut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedai Uma in the 11th minute of the match. Baran Alp Nazir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Edip Velican tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serhat Işınay struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Edip Velican didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KASTAMONUSPOR 1966. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedai Uma in the 49th minute of play forced KASTAMONUSPOR 1966's goalkeeper Ali Macit Baykut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

54 minutes into the game, Serhat Işınay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KASTAMONUSPOR 1966's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ERKİLETSPOR the free kick. A collision led to KASTAMONUSPOR 1966 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Serhat Işınay hit a great ball. Edip Velican came out of the goal and Baran Alp Nazir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cesur Başaydın fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ERKİLETSPOR's protests and gave Cesur Başaydın a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Serhat Işınay managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 95th minute, Serhat Işınay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edip Velican was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KASTAMONUSPOR 1966 fully deserved thier win.
