Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bilal Özbilen took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Merih Demiral FC's Özen Ongar got control of the ball when Ahmet Oğuz Hakim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Murat Ilıcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Emrah Tuğalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emrah Tuğalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilal Özbilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bircan Saye's late challenge caught a Merih Demiral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bircan Saye helped the player get up and apologised. Bircan Saye hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Karakecili's goal looked a bit too open when Bilal Özbilen came free, but Emrah Tuğalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aydemir Ongel hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Emrah Tuğalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilal Özbilen in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Karakecili got a freekick which was hit by Aytuğ Sonalp. In the 25th minute of the match Ahmet Davut Urluk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emrah Tuğalp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karakecili's Emrah Tuğalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Ilıcan in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Karakecili's Ahmet Necdet Sair got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Merih Demiral FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Karakecili's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Davut Urluk took the corner. In the 41st minute of the match, Ahmet Oğuz Hakim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Özen Ongar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ahmet Oğuz Hakim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özen Ongar having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yiğit Müftüoğlu to make the kick off. In the 59thth minute of the game Ahmet Oğuz Hakim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merih Demiral FC's Özen Ongar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Murat Ilıcans short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Emrah Tuğalp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Murat Ilıcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murat Ilıcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bilal Özbilen came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Merih Demiral FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bilal Özbilen couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Merih Demiral FC's Bilal Özbilen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emrah Tuğalp. That made the score 0-1 after 90 minutes of play. Murat Ilıcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Emrah Tuğalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute Ahmet Oğuz Hakim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özen Ongar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes of play Karakecili's Bircan Saye was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Merih Demiral FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
