After a defensive mix-up in Kagithane JK's zone, Halil Utku Ağaverdi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazi Niyaz came out of the goal and Halil Utku Ağaverdi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gazi Niyaz made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Halil Utku Ağaverdi sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Bedri Akçabay charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Bedri Akçabay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tsun Alley getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Mehmet Bedri Akçabay hit a great ball. Gazi Niyaz made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Abdurrahim Şam sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the game, Kagithane JK's Işık Kiyas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aşık Erdoğan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Mustafa Yaşar Umman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Işık Kiyas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aşık Erdoğan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Işık Kiyas was the one to do the kick off. Feyyaz Ahad made a great header on Tsun Alley's corner, it was just that Kagithane JK's Gazi Niyaz managed to reach the ball for a save. Gazi Niyaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdurrahim Şam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Işık Kiyas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aşık Erdoğan having to make a save. Kagithane JK's Gazi Niyaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil Utku Ağaverdi in the 94th minute of play. Tsun Alley's Abdurrahim Şam got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kagithane JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
