Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Şahap Uzel kicked off to start the match. Necat Orsel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cevdet Togan having to interfere. Karataş FK's Cevdet Togan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şahap Uzel in the 6th minute of play. Sarper Baykır came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Karataş FK's Gökçe Reşit. But to his dismay, Gökçe Reşit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gökçe Reşit scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sarper Baykır, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Şadi Özpinar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Burgazada booed when Karataş FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şadi Özpinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gökçe Reşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Burgazada's goal looked a bit too open when Şadi Özpinar came free, but Sarper Baykır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Burgazada's zone, Şadi Özpinar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sarper Baykır came out of the goal and Şadi Özpinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökçe Reşit in the 34th minute of play forced Burgazada's goalkeeper Sarper Baykır to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Şahap Uzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bilgin Vurgun fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Burgazada's protests and gave Bilgin Vurgun a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes, Karataş FK's Gani Nadir shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sarper Baykır came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karataş FK reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

If Bilgin Vurgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gökçe Reşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sarper Baykır having to interfere. Gökçe Reşit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sarper Baykır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Gökçe Reşit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karataş FK's Gökçe Reşit got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Gökçe Reşit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karataş FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökçe Reşit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sarper Baykır breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, Karataş FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emrullah Acunman to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes, Burgazada's Göksel Akergin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cevdet Togan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Sarper Baykır showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökçe Reşit, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Gökçe Reşit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sarper Baykır having to interfere. Sarper Baykır made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şadi Özpinar in the 88th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Şadi Özpinar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karataş FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şadi Özpinar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Gökçe Reşit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burgazada's Sarper Baykır was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burgazada's goalkeeper Sarper Baykır, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
