The coaching staff of MERSİN İDMAN YURDU protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lemi Bakırhan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MERSİN İDMAN YURDU! Kandemir Atik took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hurşit Yaslı. Hüseyin Turan Sözen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Günay Başeskioğlu made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Besim Özgen during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Besim Özgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arman Ülken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Günay Başeskioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Turan Sözen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Hüseyin Turan Sözen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günay Başeskioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MERSİN İDMAN YURDU's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Arman Ülken scored to the left of an out of position Hurşit Yaslı, making the score, 0-2. When Mustafa İzzet Buğrahan fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MERSİN İDMAN YURDU's protests and gave Mustafa İzzet Buğrahan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AĞRI SSK booed when MERSİN İDMAN YURDU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa İzzet Buğrahan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Kandemir Atik sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MERSİN İDMAN YURDU's Hurşit Yaslı didn't even have to move. When Sedat Sorgun came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the AĞRI SSK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sedat Sorgun couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute, Sedat Sorgun made a precise shot to the right of Hurşit Yaslı. MERSİN İDMAN YURDU's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. AĞRI SSK's Arman Ülken got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hüseyin Turan Sözen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Sedat Sorgun made a precise shot to the right of Hurşit Yaslı. MERSİN İDMAN YURDU's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.
