Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arda Ateşoğlu kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İslam İhtiyar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Kizilay's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy came free, but İslam İhtiyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Erkut Tunçkılıç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tekirdağspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Erkut Tunçkılıç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İslam İhtiyar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İslam İhtiyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkut Tunçkılıç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes Tekirdağspor got a freekick which was hit by Battal Şahin. 23 minutes into the match, Kizilay's goal looked a bit too open when Erkut Tunçkılıç came free, but İslam İhtiyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İslam İhtiyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkut Tunçkılıç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy in the 29th minute of play forced Kizilay's goalkeeper İslam İhtiyar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İslam İhtiyar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the game, Tekirdağspor's Erkut Tunçkılıç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. İslam İhtiyar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. İslam İhtiyar came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Tekirdağspor's Erkut Tunçkılıç. But to his dismay, Erkut Tunçkılıç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Tekirdağspor's Erkut Tunçkılıç in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kizilay's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kizilay's zone, Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İslam İhtiyar came out of the goal and Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Kizilay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tekirdağspor were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Erkut Tunçkılıç made the kick off in the second half. If Erkut Tunçkılıç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Cevdet Ufki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tekirdağspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kizilay the free kick. A collision led to Tekirdağspor getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cevdet Ufki hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Kizilay's goalkeeper İslam İhtiyar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy. After 56 played minutes Kizilay got a freekick which was hit by Sabit Beybolat. Yavuz Bülent Gülsoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but İslam İhtiyar made a huge save. If Erkut Tunçkılıç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erkut Tunçkılıç struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. İslam İhtiyar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekirdağspor. Erkut Tunçkılıç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute Erkut Tunçkılıç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İslam İhtiyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erkut Tunçkılıç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İslam İhtiyar having to interfere. Erkut Tunçkılıç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. İslam İhtiyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Tekirdağspor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kizilay.
