The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Suat Aral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savaşer Mahşer in the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Yücel Harmandalı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahceköy JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KatilSauron the free kick. After 9 minutes of play Bahceköy JK's Yücel Harmandalı was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Yücel Harmandalı hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Reha Dilazad came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the KatilSauron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reha Dilazad couldn't finish the play. KatilSauron's Ali Cengiz Mengü got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Baran Ekşioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th match minute, KatilSauron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cebrail Şerif to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 23 in the game by Ali Baran Ekşioğlu from a close distance when the talented Suat Aral managed to make a qualified save. KatilSauron's players were relieved. Arda Turgay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cengiz Mengü, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Cengiz Mengü was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Reha Dilazad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KatilSauron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reha Dilazad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Ali Cengiz Mengü got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 57 played minutes Bahceköy JK got a freekick which was hit by Savaşer Mahşer. After a defensive mix-up in Bahceköy JK's zone, Ali Cengiz Mengü stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arda Turgay came out of the goal and Ali Cengiz Mengü tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Baran Ekşioğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Suat Aral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Balamir İshak kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ali Baran Ekşioğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Suat Aral having to make a save. The supporters of Bahceköy JK booed when KatilSauron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Talha Mücip didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emran Öztek was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, KatilSauron's Ali Cengiz Mengü sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arda Turgay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bayram Adıbelli charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bayram Adıbelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bahceköy JK booed when KatilSauron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayram Adıbelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
