The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, one of Dudullu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dudullu. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Kizilay. Aşık İspinoz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ali Nejat Acartürk. 1-0. After 8 played minutes Kizilay got a freekick which was hit by Sabit Beybolat. Seyrani Arslanşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Nejat Acartürk made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Seyrani Arslanşah sent off a good shot on target. Arda Ateşoğlu hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Öztürk Hicran came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Dudullu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Öztürk Hicran couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Dudullu's Öztürk Hicran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İslam İhtiyar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dudullu were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Kizilay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arif Oğuz Dürüst took the corner. The supporters of Dudullu booed when Kizilay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özalp Yura didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Öztürk Hicran got free with İslam İhtiyar in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Arda Ateşoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kizilay's supporters rose to their feet, but Arda Ateşoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Nejat Acartürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seyrani Arslanşah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Nejat Acartürk having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Arda Ateşoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Nejat Acartürk. Dudullu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arda Ateşoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 73 minutes into the match, Dudullu's goal looked a bit too open when Arda Ateşoğlu came free, but Ali Nejat Acartürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dudullu's Öztürk Hicran got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Arda Ateşoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ali Nejat Acartürk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Kizilay's İslam İhtiyar got control of the ball when Öztürk Hicran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teoman Iğdırlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dudullu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kizilay.
