Ant Akdoğ came out of the goal and Baran Tibet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Kocasinan's goalkeeper Ant Akdoğ had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Varol Savgat. Baran Tibet was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 16th minute. FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN's goalkeeper Çelikan Talaykan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ant Akdoğ didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Varol Savgat went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN booed when Kocasinan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şensoy Hasankeyf didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN's Berke Erem broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Cüneyd Canay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Çelikan Talaykan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN's Çelikan Talaykan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cüneyd Canay in the 43rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Serdinç during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN got a freekick which was hit by Ali Serdinç. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a little luck, FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN's Çelikan Talaykan got control of the ball when Ali Atıf Köken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ali Atıf Köken scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Çelikan Talaykan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dursun Ali Özkutlu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dursun Ali Özkutlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armağan Peyami was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Çelikan Talaykan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cüneyd Canay's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. When Ahmet Asım Semim fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kocasinan's protests and gave Ahmet Asım Semim a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Kocasinan got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Asım Semim. Cüneyd Canay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çelikan Talaykan having to interfere. After 79 played minutes FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN got a freekick which was hit by Dursun Ali Özkutlu. Vecdet Nevruz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Çelikan Talaykan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 81st match minute, FATİH SULTAN MEHMET HAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dursun Ali Özkutlu to maneuver through the defense. Ant Akdoğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baran Tibet in the 85th minute of the match. Baran Tibet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ant Akdoğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Kocasinan's Cüneyd Canay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Çelikan Talaykan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Çelikan Talaykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cüneyd Canay in the 96th minute of play. Kocasinan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
