Mehmet Arif Yahya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Selmi Açıkgün when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mehmet Arif Yahya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Selmi Açıkgün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mehmet Arif Yahya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Semail Elçioğlu hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Gürol Pektay fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KURTALAN90's protests and gave Gürol Pektay a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KURTALAN90 getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gürol Pektay hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in KURTALAN90's zone, Niyazi İşcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Selmi Açıkgün came out of the goal and Niyazi İşcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzer Toycan in the 32nd minute of play forced KuRTSpor's goalkeeper Sami Ulum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sami Ulum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzer Toycan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Mehmet Arif Yahya could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Selmi Açıkgün however easily saved by the left post. KURTALAN90's Selmi Açıkgün proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save KURTALAN90 from getting a goal against them. Selmi Açıkgün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niyazi İşcan in the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Oğuzer Toycan made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, KURTALAN90's goal looked a bit too open when Niyazi İşcan came free, but Selmi Açıkgün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niyazi İşcan in the 59th minute of play forced KURTALAN90's goalkeeper Selmi Açıkgün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Mehmet Arif Yahya managed to get in a good position for a shot. KuRTSpor's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Arif Yahya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selmi Açıkgün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niyazi İşcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KuRTSpor's Sami Ulum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save KuRTSpor from getting a goal against them. After 75 minutes, Arkın Ural mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KuRTSpor and the KURTALAN90 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th minute, Arkın Ural hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, KuRTSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzer Toycan came free, but Sami Ulum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boran Sertuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Selmi Açıkgün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, one of KuRTSpor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KuRTSpor. The supporters of KuRTSpor booed when KURTALAN90 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fikret Kutlucan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Semail Elçioğlu in the 93rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Selmi Açıkgün's left hand side. Selmi Açıkgün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niyazi İşcan's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the KuRTSpor players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
